Interlink Electronics is adding a new staff member to support our Financial Department. Interlinks corporate office is located in Camarillo, Ca. We are seeking local candidates for this immediate opening. Provided below is a detailed description of the responsibilities and qualifications we are seeking.

BASIC FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Planning, Internal Reporting, and SEC Reporting for consolidated entity, IEUS and IEAP (and WFOE), including:

  • SEC Reporting - 15-20%.
  • All prep work for 10Qs, 10Ks, Proxy, and other filings.
  • Footnotes and related documentation.
  • Technical GAAP issues, updates and interpretations including proper implementation into SEC Documents.
  • MD&A drafts.
  • Financial analysis 35-45%.
  • Detailed and timely costing analysis.
  • Business Segment detailed analysis.
  • Facility analysis.
  • Operating Expense analysis and management.
  • Comparative analysis.
  • Trend analysis.
  • Board slide preparation.
  • Budgeting and Planning 25% - 35%.
    • Entire Budget process from model design and maintenance.
    • Updated Forecast modeling real time.
    • Internal Reporting 25 % - 30%
    • Monthly Internal Reporting
    • Executive Summary detail analysis by department, facility, and business segment


OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist, Train and oversee IEAP related duties as defined above
  • Key contact with key in house personnel
    Assist in accounting policy and oversees tax return preparation.
  • Assist in month end close process as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years proven corporate financial background
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Business
    CPA preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills
    Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Hands-on management theory.
  • Team player with professional qualities.
  • Strong PC skills, advanced excel spreadsheet knowledge mandatory.
  • Microsoft Word Experience
  • Financial software tool experience a plus (Hyperion,TM1,Crystal Reports or similar
  • Microsoft Outlook.
